Quazzl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, modify or create derivative works based on the app, use the app to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful software, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app.
Quazzl utilizes the Anthropic AI model to provide language learning features. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree that the AI model is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties of any kind. Quazzl does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the AI model’s outputs. You are solely responsible for your use of the AI model and any decisions you make based on its outputs.
Quazzl collects and uses personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use third-party services such as Sentry for code debugging and logging errors. These third-party services may collect and process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
All intellectual property rights in the app, including but not limited to software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Quazzl or its licensors. If you provide feedback or suggestions regarding the app, you grant Quazzl a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback into the app without any obligation to you.
Quazzl may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you violate these terms.
The app is provided 'as is' and 'as available,' without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Quazzl disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quazzl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the app, any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein, or any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our app by any third party.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quazzl and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Association], and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
